




Job Summary: Assist in managing employee registrations, personnel files, payroll, benefits, and employee support, providing assistance in Human Resources department routines. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and guidance on HR matters Maintain up-to-date employee registration records for control and reference as needed / Prepare employee personnel files, archiving documents (policies, agreements, addendums, etc.) to ensure a complete employment history for reference / Assist in controlling payroll deductions, such as medical expenses, transportation allowance, salary advances, and others, ensuring accurate settlement of these liabilities / Assist in managing medical, dental, and life insurance benefits, collecting required data and preparing enrollment processes, distributing benefit cards, and informing users about benefit operations / Assist in managing and transmitting necessary information to gas benefit providers to ensure correct monthly distribution of requested gas quantities / Assist in managing monthly fees issued by the company responsible for Occupational Health and Safety to prevent incorrect payments / Assist in managing vacations, periodic evaluations, leaves of absence, medical leaves, returns to work, and job function changes / Provide employee assistance and support by delivering information and guidance on payroll, benefits, procedures, and internal policies / Support the Human Resources Department Analyst in routine activities, hiring, termination, taxes, benefits, timekeeping, etc. Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$702.86 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have a completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields?
