




Job Summary: Assist in managing employee registration and personnel files, controlling amounts and benefits, and providing general support to the Human Resources Department. Key Highlights: 1. Employee assistance and guidance Maintain up-to-date employee registration for control and consultation as needed/Prepare employee personnel files, archiving documents (policies, agreements, addendums, etc.) to ensure a complete employment history for consultation/Assist in controlling payroll deductions, such as medical expenses, transportation allowance, salary advances, among others, ensuring proper settlement of these liabilities/Assist in managing medical, dental, and life insurance plans by collecting data and preparing enrollment processes, distributing ID cards, and informing users about plan functionality/Assist in managing and relaying necessary information to gas supply providers to ensure correct monthly distribution of requested gas quantities/Assist in controlling monthly fees issued by the company responsible for Occupational Health and Safety to prevent incorrect payments/Assist in managing vacations, periodic evaluations, absences, medical leaves, returns to work, and job function changes/Provide assistance and support to employees, supplying information and guidance regarding payroll, benefits, procedures, and internal policies/Assist the Human Resources Analyst with routine tasks, hiring, termination, taxes, benefits, timekeeping, etc. Job Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$702.86 per month Benefits: * Corporate agreements and commercial discounts * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you have a completed or ongoing degree in Administration, Human Resources, or related fields?
