A pleasant and well-structured work environment. **Position: Metalworker – Pica Pau Country Club \| Sports, Leisure, and Well\-Being in One Place!** We are seeking a Metalworker to work at our facilities and contribute to the maintenance and fabrication of the club's metal structures. If you are proactive, have experience in welding and fabricating metal parts, and enjoy working in a team, this opportunity may be right for you! **Key Responsibilities:** \- Fabrication and assembly of metal structures: Cut iron bars and sheets using a plasma cutter to fabricate grilles, doors, and other metal components required for the club's facilities. Welding and assembly of parts: Perform welding using a welding machine to ensure structural integrity and strength of metal assemblies. \- Interpretation of technical drawings: Interpret technical drawings to carry out welding tasks, performing simple measurements and angle calculations when necessary. \- Preparation and finishing of parts: Prepare welding equipment and materials; straighten parts as needed; finish parts using an angle grinder to ensure quality and safety. \- Drilling and fastening: Drill parts using a handheld or bench drill; perform riveting when necessary to join metal components. \- Organization and quality assurance: Maintain cleanliness of the work area; visually inspect produced parts; ensure high standards of work execution. \- General support: Carry out other job-related tasks as directed by leadership. **Prerequisites:** * Prior experience as a metalworker or welder. * Proficiency in operating welding machines, plasma cutters, drills, and angle grinders. * Ability to interpret technical drawings and perform basic measurements. * Proactivity, organization, and attention to detail. * Ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Offer:** * A pleasant and well-structured work environment. * Opportunity for professional development and growth. * Integration with a committed and collaborative team. * Exclusive leisure and wellness benefits at Pica Pau Country Club.
