Focus on safety, quality, schedule, and cost The professional will serve as technical leader in the implementation of industrial mining projects, ensuring integration among diverse engineering disciplines, executive planning, and efficient construction execution. They will be responsible for ensuring compliance with established standards for safety, quality, schedule, and cost. They will also be tasked with translating engineering designs into feasible execution plans, ensuring their correct field implementation in alignment with the company's guidelines and strategies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Serve as technical leader in project implementation, ensuring integration among engineering disciplines (civil, mechanical, electrical, automation, etc.); * Interpret engineering designs, ensuring their correct field application and anticipating interferences, risks, and opportunities; * Develop, consolidate, and validate execution planning, including construction sequencing, logistics, interfaces, and operational constraints; * Identify, analyze, and mitigate technical and operational risks throughout all project phases; * Contribute to defining execution strategies, considering productivity, safety, constructability, and resource optimization; * Prepare and review technical documentation for procurement of services, materials, and equipment; * Ensure execution adherence to planning, internal procedures, and engineering best practices; * Lead and participate in technical and planning meetings with contracted companies, ensuring alignment and performance; * Act as interface among engineering, planning, procurement, operations, safety, and environmental departments; * Ensure compliance with Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality (HSEQ) standards; * Prepare and present management reports and presentations, including critical analysis of project progress; * Represent the Projects department across other company areas and internal stakeholders; * Provide technical leadership to multidisciplinary teams, promoting integration, engagement, and high performance. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Production Engineering; * Intermediate English proficiency; * MS Project; * AutoCAD. **Additional Information** **Benefits Offered:** * Health and Dental Plans (co-payment) * PR - Profit Sharing Program * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Meal Voucher * Transportation Allowance * School Kit and Christmas Kit * Employee Counseling Program.
