If you are proactive, enjoy working in a team, and are interested in working in the baking field, this opportunity is for you. **Requirements:** * Completed high school; * Prior experience in bakery production is desirable; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Good communication skills and commitment; **Responsibilities:** * Remove ice used in savory bread production; * Check fermentation of savory breads from the previous day (chamber and trolley); * Rotate baking trays during baking cycles; * Produce savory and sweet breads according to daily demand; * Glaze and bake sweet breads; * Wash the glazing hood immediately after use; * Clean baking trays, utensils, machines, and the bakery sector; * Perform pre\-weighing of sweet breads for the afternoon shift; * Follow hygiene standards and good food handling practices.
