If you have experience operating front-end loaders, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and seek growth in the concrete production field, this opportunity is for you! **Requirements and Qualifications:** **Mandatory:** \- Prior experience in civil construction or concrete plants; \- Driver's License Category B **Desirable:** \- Technical knowledge of materials used in concrete production; \- Education in fields related to civil construction, operations, or maintenance. \- Basic knowledge of concrete batching and mixing process control. \- Experience operating front-end loaders **Responsibilities and Duties:** \- Operate batching plant equipment, especially front-end loaders, controlling concrete batching and mixing processes; \- Ensure proper supply of materials such as cement, crushed stone, sand, water, and additives for production; \- Monitor the quality of produced concrete, ensuring compliance with established standards; \- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and appropriate operating conditions at the concrete batching plant; \- Support maintenance and supervision teams during emergencies or technical shutdowns to ensure continuous production.
