Job Summary: HOTEL OURO MINAS is seeking a Kitchen Assistant to prepare and restock food items, maintain kitchen hygiene and organization, and support the team, with an emphasis on quality and professional conduct. Prepare salads for meals according to the menu. Wash fruits and vegetables used in meal preparations. Support the kitchen and pastry teams in their daily activities whenever necessary. Clean kitchen and pantry equipment and areas using appropriate cleaning products, ensuring a clean and organized environment.
