




Job Summary: Assist in administrative and commercial activities within the events department, including customer service, proposal and contract preparation, and event follow-up. Operational support and coordination with suppliers **Working Hours:** 12:00 to 21:48, Monday to Friday \- occasionally Saturdays and Sundays (flexible schedule). **Description:** \- Assist in administrative and commercial activities within the events department, including customer service, preparation of proposals, contracts, and service orders, as well as comprehensive event follow-up. Also responsible for interfacing with suppliers and internal teams, providing operational support on event days, and assisting with financial closing. **Requirements:** \- Currently enrolled in a Technical or Higher Education program in Tourism or related fields; \- Prior experience in customer service is desirable, including negotiation and contract closing for events, budget preparation, clarification of inquiries, and problem resolution; \- Proficiency in Word and Excel, and familiarity with hospitality technologies and systems.
