Job Summary: Responsible for leading the safety culture, managing risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance to achieve operational excellence. Key Highlights: 1. It is through our more than **2\.000 britvickers**, as our employees across the globe are called, that we continue fulfilling our **purpose of enabling more and more people to enjoy life’s moments alongside our portfolio of non-alcoholic beverages.** **Responsibilities and Duties** #### **Responsibilities and Challenges** * **Safety Culture Leadership (BBS):** Responsible for the PARE behavioral program, aiming to promote an active safety culture by using engagement strategies and dynamic training to embed a preventive mindset at all plant levels. * **Proactive Risk Management (PGR & GTR):** Conduct technical diagnostics and critical activity assessments, supporting the structuring and review of the **Risk Management Program (PGR)** with a focus on continuous improvement and proactive risk mitigation. * **Safety Data Intelligence and KPIs:** Develop dashboards and periodic performance indicator reports (Leading & Lagging Indicators), transforming data into strategic insights to support leadership decision-making. * **Emergency Preparedness and Response:** Manage the schedule, training, and operational performance of the Fire Brigade and CIPA (Internal Commission for Accident Prevention), ensuring maximum efficiency and technical compliance with emergency response protocols. * **Compliance and Regulatory Governance:** Ensure strict adherence to the Quality Manual, SSMA Policies, and regulatory standards (NRs), acting as a facilitator during internal/external audits and safety inspections. * **Operational Excellence and Standardization:** Guarantee process execution in accordance with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), ITs (Instructional Templates), and the Code of Ethics, integrating safety practices into the company’s global management systems to ensure business sustainability. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Requirements and Qualifications** ------------------------------ * Availability to work **onsite in Araguari** \- MG. * Completion of a **Technical Occupational Safety course** is essential. * **Experience in Occupational Safety** is essential. * Knowledge of **Occupational Safety Regulations** is essential. * Ability and willingness to **deliver training** is essential. * A Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Safety Engineering is desirable. * Additional training in Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE) regulatory standards is desirable. * Intermediate computer skills are essential. **Additional Information** * Health Insurance (employee only) * Dental Plan * Meal Allowance * Life Insurance * TotalPass * On-site Meals * Discounts with partner companies * Pharmacy Card * Transportation Allowance (optional) **We are Britvic Brasil, a company of the Carlsberg Group.** We entered Brazil in **2015**, following the acquisition of the established local brands **Maguary** and **Dafruta**, with the objective of expanding our business and winning over Brazilian consumers with even more **high-quality, market-leading products**.
