Ensure compliance with processes and quality standards Description: * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in activities related to the position (Supervisor) is desirable. * Maintain alignment with Supervision, Coordination, team members, internal and external departments, and clients—aligning procedures and techniques, discussing solutions and follow-ups, recording and tracking actions and incidents, preparing reports, and providing information relevant to the work department; * Ensure compliance with shift handover procedures as well as daily operations—clarifying situations, pending items, positive and negative points, visiting and inspecting departments, interviewing internal/external clients, maintaining records, discussing actions with immediate supervisors, and ensuring continuity of services provided; * Prepare work schedules, organizing and assigning teams according to operational needs while monitoring adherence to routines and lunch break schedules, verifying time records, and processing internal reassignments to cover staff absences; * Supervise and guide the work team, ensuring execution of cleaning processes in accordance with current legislation, the SCIH environmental hygiene protocol, and pre-established quality standards; * Receive and accompany SCIH technical visits, as well as audits conducted by Sanitary Surveillance and Zoonosis Control, clarifying situations and escalating actions to the immediate supervisor; * Ensure adherence to the pest control schedule, monitoring and validating Service Orders, forwarding documents for filing and relevant controls, among other duties pertinent to the position. 251225020249605877
