




Job Summary: Perform fueling and lubrication of machinery and equipment, ensuring maintenance, preservation, and safety. Key Highlights: 1. Safely operate the tractor-trailer for fueling and lubrication. 2. Train employees to improve performance in lubrication. 3. Perform minor tire repair services and work collaboratively in teams. Carry out fueling and lubrication of machinery and equipment, following technical recommendations, manufacturers’ manuals, and internal maintenance guidelines to ensure optimal maintenance, preservation, safety, and proper operation of machinery and equipment. * Operate the lubrication truck ("melosa") safely, adopting safe behaviors and practicing defensive driving. * Monitor and participate in the lubrication, fueling, and maintenance processes performed by the team to develop skills for future independent execution. * Propose and perform cleaning and organization of equipment, as directed by higher-level supervisors, to ensure optimal equipment performance. * Drive the lubrication vehicle ("melosa") to machines and/or equipment, complying with traffic regulations and using appropriate PPE to carry out fueling and lubrication, thereby ensuring proper equipment operation. * Prepare equipment and products used daily for fueling and lubrication of machinery and equipment in advance, to avoid shortages of supplies and tools during operations. * Provide guidance and train less experienced employees on lubrication practices to enhance their job performance and ensure optimal operation of company machinery and equipment. * Comply with safety regulations established by competent authorities for transporting flammable products, including completing the MOP course, to ensure employee and company asset safety and prevent legal violations. * Identify various types of lubricants and fuels and use them correctly to ensure proper equipment operation and prevent equipment damage. * Perform minor tire repair services, such as patching and tire replacement. * Collaborate as part of a team in daily operations, applying best practices to complete tasks efficiently, without waste, using correct quantities and proportions of materials, while ensuring safety and meeting appropriate timelines for agricultural operations. * Perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned by the immediate supervisor.
