Management of routines, deadlines, and logistics productivity We are looking for a professional to work as a **Logistics Supervisor**, leading operational teams and ensuring efficiency in delivery processes and yard organization. **Main Responsibilities:** * Supervise drivers, helpers, and yard staff * Ensure compliance with routines, deadlines, and productivity targets * Monitor fleet maintenance * Organize loading flow and customer service * Conduct performance feedback and conflict management * Track team KPIs and performance * Support and assist office staff with logistics-related requests. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree (Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields) * Experience managing operational teams * Knowledge of logistics processes and fleet control * Intermediate/Advanced Excel proficiency * Driver's License Category B **Compensation:** Salary: R$ 2\.500,00 Meal allowance: R$30,00/day (approx.
