WhatsApp messages are sent **after the initial screening**, if you advance and speak with the recruiter; however, primary communication remains via email. **Please monitor your inbox and spam folder!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain PowerApps applications, automating processes using Power Automate; * Create and optimize Power BI dashboards connected to databases to support strategic decision-making; * Develop and monitor credit KPIs, contributing to the cooperative’s sustainable growth; * Develop and maintain complex SQL queries for data analysis; * Perform statistical, predictive, and exploratory data analyses to identify patterns and opportunities; * Monitor RPA routines and support testing and deployment in staging and production environments; * Support root cause identification of errors and accurately log incidents in tracking tools; * Interact with end users and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and efficient support; * Present information through clear and objective visualizations to facilitate understanding and decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** Essential: * Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Economics, Statistics, Engineering, Data Science, Marketing, or IT; * Experience with Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, and Power BI), including process automation and API integration; * Proficiency in data analysis, including modeling, segmentation, and visualization to support decision-making; * Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL or DAX; * Knowledge of RPA; * Experience with SharePoint Online or other systems integrated with the Power Platform.
