Work Location: Itajaí, Santa Catarina **Responsibilities and Duties** * Coordinate mechanical completion activities and control item fulfillment during naval systems commissioning execution. * Supervise equipment installation, calibration, inspection, and certification, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance. * Plan and monitor mechanical installation and system completion schedules, ensuring integration with related disciplines. * Supervise activities in engine rooms, ensuring proper conditions for parallel operations. * Ensure application of technical and safety standards (NR\-12, NR\-11, NR\-13, NR\-35, among others) across all equipment-related operations. * Coordinate management of equipment leasing, procurement, and maintenance contracts with suppliers and service providers. * Supervise fleet and asset movement and control, ensuring traceability and correct operational allocation. * Guarantee timely updates of technical records, inspection certificates, manuals, and equipment performance reports under your responsibility. * Support commissioning and production engineering regarding technical allocation of equipment for testing, vessel integration, and field operations. * Control departmental budget, maintenance costs, and technical support contracts. * Lead and develop the technical team, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and environmental (SMS) standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Minimum Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Naval, or Production Engineering, with active registration at CREA. **Desired Technical Competencies:** Understanding of precision instruments used during onboard equipment installation processes; Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and read specific equipment manuals from the naval sector.
