We have an open position for a NEAD Assistant \- at our Main Campus in Balneário Camboriú! **Main Responsibilities:** Upload teaching materials into the Virtual Learning Environment (EPS); Provide support, training, assistance, and follow-up to the main campus and satellite campuses; Assist students, faculty, and tutors in person, via WhatsApp, and by e\-mail; Guide students regarding mandatory documentation and submission of official requests. **Schedule**: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 10:00 PM \| with a 1-hour break **Compensation**: R$ 1\.978,00 (during the probationary period) R$ 2\.149,47 (after the probationary period) **Desired Qualifications:** Experience in customer service; Completed high school education; Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. ***Location: Marginal Leste 3600, AV.
