What will be your main responsibilities? Develop internal communication content (editing and producing texts, graphics, signage, internal announcements, printed materials, videos, and other informational assets), adhering to the company’s visual identity; Maintain up-to-date internal communication channels, ensuring clarity, consistency, and effective information reach; Propose engagement campaigns and initiatives aligned with the company’s Strategic Plan; Identify and engage external suppliers for services, promotional items, materials, and event support; Support activities in other departments by developing communication and interactivity solutions And other related responsibilities. How do you stand out? ‍ ️ Currently pursuing or completed a bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Journalism, or related fields. Previous experience in endomarketing, marketing, or human resources teams. Experience creating graphic materials and implementing endomarketing practices; Experience in event planning and organization; Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Canva. Residence in Gaspar or availability to attend events during other shifts within the company.
