Teamwork and commitment to quality **POSITION: STRUCTURAL ASSEMBLER** **Company recognized as a reference in the nautical industry.** **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Thursday, from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM; Friday, from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Responsible for assembling structural components of vessels, ensuring compliance with technical designs and quality standards. Performs direct installation and adjustment of components such as hulls, decks, bulkheads, superstructures, and other elements, guaranteeing the vessel’s structural integrity. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools; * Attention to detail, organization, and precision; * Ability to work in a team and adhere to safety regulations; * Commitment to quality and adherence to production deadlines. **PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:** * Prior experience in structural assembly of boats or related activities; * Ability to interpret technical drawings and assembly specifications; * Knowledge of material properties used, such as fiberglass, resins, and structural elements. **SALARY:** To be negotiated **BENEFITS:** * Flexible fuel allowance up to 70% (car, motorcycle, or carpool) or sustainable mobility support (assistance in purchasing a customized bicycle) or public transportation (municipal transport voucher assistance); * 100% toll allowance; * On-site restaurant offering breakfast and lunch (R$1.00 daily discount); Payment: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.500,00 per month Work Location: On-site
