This is an opportunity for detail-oriented, organized, and proactive professionals responsible for architectural project analysis according to Construction Guidelines, construction site inspection, post-construction inspections, issuance of notifications, and follow-up on regularization procedures. The professional will also be responsible for structuring and implementing inspection processes, controlling and archiving technical and administrative documentation, preparing daily, weekly, and monthly reports, and attending to clients and professionals by providing clarifications regarding the Association’s standards and procedures.
