Description

Job Summary: Control inventory, receive and inspect products, organize the warehouse, maintain cleanliness, and participate in improvement programs. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in improvement programs Control inventory by recording goods receipts and shipments, determining minimum and maximum stock levels, monitoring fast- and slow-moving items, managing purchase orders, and forecasting monthly inventory, while ensuring proper documentation in accordance with Haco policies; Receive products, verify invoices, cross-check them against purchase orders, arrange unloading and weighing, assign item codes, enter data into the system, assign storage locations, and ensure proper storage in designated areas; Inspect products and materials, checking seals and invoices, verifying information and delivery deadlines, quantities, brands, quality, expiration dates, and required documentation for accounting and control purposes; Request timely replenishment of frequently used materials to prevent shortages when needed; Maintain physical and accounting inventory records, conducting monthly and annual inventories or as scheduled; Organize the warehouse by planning the layout, marking hazardous areas, labeling products, arranging shelves, ordering pallets, containers, and equipment, and maintaining overall order to facilitate movement and storage of items; Maintain workplace cleanliness, organization, and proper care of tools and equipment, complying with applicable standards and procedures; Actively participate in quality, service, and environmental improvement programs; comply with internal regulations and occupational safety rules, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE), during all job activities; Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by the immediate supervisor.
