Organization and maintenance of files and records Grupo STV is hiring for Itajaí \- SC: Position – **Administrative Assistant (PCD)** * Salary: **R$2,200.00** \+ 7% Attendance Bonus * Meal Allowance: R$33.00 per working day * Transportation Allowance * Unimed Health Plan (After 90 days) * Dental Plan (After 90 days) * Life Insurance * Bulla Benefits Card * Work Schedule – 5x2 \- 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM to 5:30 PM Responsibilities: * Provide in-person and WhatsApp-based assistance to employees, candidates, and visitors, offering guidance and direction as needed. * Assist in posting job openings on recruitment platforms and internal channels. * Support recruitment and selection activities, such as initial candidate screening and interview schedule coordination. * Organize and maintain physical and digital departmental documents. * Assist in controlling and updating administrative spreadsheets and records. * Provide support for administrative activities within the Human Resources department. * Receive candidates and visitors, ensuring courteous and organized service. **Desired Qualifications:** * Completed high school education. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Organizational ability, proactivity, and attention to detail.
