We are seeking a manager focused on productivity, agility, and quality to lead factory operations. This role will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and controlling production, ensuring targets are met efficiently. The candidate will have direct contact with production leaders, shipping, and production control (PCP), ensuring alignment across departments and fulfillment of daily demands. They will also collaborate with commercial management, adjusting production to market needs. In the medium term, they should contribute to continuous improvements and reduction of CPV. We are looking for someone with analytical vision, strong leadership, and experience in process management, with strategic focus and sustainable results. **Main Responsibilities and Required Skills:** Manage all stages of the production process, ensuring compliance with quality and productivity standards. Lead teams of supervisors, production leaders, and operators, promoting a safe, collaborative, and motivating work environment. Develop and monitor industrial performance indicators (KPIs), proposing and implementing corrective actions and improvements. Ensure efficient use of machines, equipment, and raw materials, aiming to reduce waste and operational costs. Support the maintenance department to ensure high availability, high productivity, and proper functioning of equipment. Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and labor regulations. Collaborate with PCP, Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics departments to meet customer deadlines and requirements. Plan investments in technology, expansion, or modernization of the manufacturing facility. Develop, train, and retain talent within the industrial area. **Technical Requirements and Necessary Skills:** Solid experience in managing production processes in the textile sector Experience managing multidisciplinary teams and manufacturing operations. Knowledge of continuous improvement processes (Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, etc.). **Mandatory Qualifications:** Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Postgraduate specialization or MBA in Industrial Management, Process Management, or Lean Production is desirable. **Contract Type:** PJ Remuneration ranging from R$7,000.00 to R$10,000.00 **Working Hours:** Regular business hours **Minimum Education Level:** Postgraduate - Specialization/MBA
