Job Summary: Customer service, assistance in product selection, purchase processing, and in-store inventory organization. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and organize inventory, and assist in social media management Position for SALES ASSISTANT \- STORE On-site \- PORTO BELO\- SC\- SHOPPING \- Porto Belo Outlet Premium REQUIREMENTS: \- Completed high school education. \- Proficiency with computer applications. \- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for customer service. \- Availability to work during the following hours: SCHEDULE: 1\- 09:50–14:00 \- 15:00–18:10 \- Monday through Sunday, with one fixed day off per week and alternating Sundays off. BASE SALARY (LOCAL COMMERCE) \+ COMMISSION ON SALES. Benefits: Life insurance, Discounts at company-owned stores, Transportation allowance, and Meal card. After probation period: Unimed health plan (optional) and Attendance Bonus of R$200.00\. Development: After three months, you become eligible for the company’s education incentive policy. RESPONSIBILITIES: \- Provide customer service and advise on promotions and payment terms. \- Assist customers in product selection. \- Process purchases at the POS (point of sale). \- Follow inventory control and organization procedures. \- Receive and process merchandise returns. \- Assist in managing the store’s social media accounts.
