Its focus is facilitating user access to public and private transportation. **Responsibilities:** Welcome customers in person professionally, courteously, and efficiently. Provide initial service by identifying needs and directing customers to the appropriate department or agent. Answer and screen phone and digital contacts (WhatsApp and e\-mail), ensuring prompt and qualified responses. Manage the reception service flow to prevent queues and disorganization. Support the sales team with scheduling, confirmations, and visit organization. Maintain a clean, organized reception area aligned with the company’s image. Ensure service standardization per internal guidelines. Record customer information to support sales activities and track service interactions. Previous experience as a Receptionist, Hostess, Event Coordinator, or Customer Service Assistant may indicate suitability for some of this role’s responsibilities. High school diploma required.
