Proficiency in the Office suite and management systems Position Title: Junior Receptionist Key Responsibilities: \- Greet and receive customers, suppliers, and visitors courteously and efficiently. \- Manage and record entry and exit of personnel within company premises. \- Provide general information and guide visitors regarding department and room locations. \- Schedule and confirm meetings, as well as prepare meeting rooms. \- Provide administrative support, such as receiving and distributing correspondence, and organizing files and documents. \- Assist with tasks related to correspondence, e\-mails, and telephone management. Required Qualifications: \- Completed high school education. \- Minimum of 6 months’ experience in reception, public service, or administrative roles. \- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills. \- Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure. \- Proficiency in the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to use management systems and tools. \- Impeccable personal appearance and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications: \- Knowledge of a second language, preferably English. \- Prior experience in corporate environments. \- Certifications in customer service or secretarial studies.
