Manage appointment schedules and optimize consultation time slots Receive and welcome patients professionally and courteously, schedule and follow up on appointments, and execute strategic actions to convert leads into clients, contributing to the clinic's growth and patient satisfaction. Ensure execution in accordance with company-established standards. \* * Greet patients at the clinic, both in person and by phone, providing prompt and efficient service; \* * Clarify questions regarding services, pricing, and appointment hours, ensuring a positive experience; \* * Proactively and responsively contact leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals; \* * Maintain updated patient records and monitor the lead conversion funnel—from initial contact through appointment scheduling—to ensure patient retention; \* * Ensure achievement of established targets; \* * Monitor and record reasons for non-conversion, where applicable, to support strategic adjustments; \* * Manage consultation and follow-up appointment schedules, optimizing time slots to avoid conflicts and reduce cancellations; \* * Confirm appointments in advance and track no-shows, rescheduling as necessary; \* * Register and update patient data in the clinic's system; \* * Generate reports related to patient visits, lead conversions, and patient satisfaction; \* * Assist in organizing documents and files related to patient care; \* * Support clinic promotional campaigns by contacting leads acquired via social media, advertisements, or events; \* * Reinforce the clinic's service differentiators during interactions.
