Tracker alert handling and departmental escalation An automotive insurance brokerage seeks a Monitoring Agent in Itajaí (Centro). **Responsibilities:** Respond to assistance service requests (e.g., towing, windshield replacements, headlight/taillight replacements, mirror replacements, etc.). Monitor and record service interactions in spreadsheets and internal systems. Guide customers and service providers via phone or WhatsApp, tracking service progress. Handle tracker-generated alerts per internal protocols. Contract and supervise service providers to ensure quality and timeliness. Escalate to the claims analyst or other departments for accidents or non-standard incidents. Ensure clear, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication throughout the process. Support continuous operational improvement by reporting irregularities and opportunities for adjustment. Previous experience as a Monitoring Operator, Security Analyst, Electronic Security Guard, or Monitoring Coordinator may indicate alignment with some of this role’s activities. High school diploma required.
