If you are passionate about challenges and identify with logistics operational processes, this position is for you! . **THE MISSION AND DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES:** The Logistics Operations Assistant is responsible for ensuring the execution of Distribution Center duties (order processing, servicing internal and external customers, material control and storage, organization, cleaning, warehousing, inventory management, invoice issuance, etc.). Your main activities and responsibilities will include: * Assisting in receiving, moving, and storing products at the Distribution Center * Assisting in receiving and verifying incoming invoices for purchased materials * Verifying quantity, description, and general condition of materials and packaging * Assisting in inventory control through entries recorded in the ERP system * Periodically assisting in inventory counts, following predefined verification procedures * Fulfilling material withdrawal and return requests from the Distribution Center, performing movement procedures promptly and maintaining controlled inventory * Processing sales orders by picking, verifying, packing, and shipping products to customers * Contributing to maintaining cleanliness and organization at the Distribution Center * Replenishing inventory and pick areas * Handling carriers and order dispatch * Monitoring exchange and return processes Requirements: **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU?** * Completed Elementary Education * Prior experience and knowledge in logistics (receiving, verification, warehousing, counting, picking, and shipping goods) * Forklift operator training and experience is a plus * Flexibility regarding working hours * Availability to start immediately Benefits **WHAT WILL YOU FIND AT R.BRANDS?** * Meal Allowance or Food Voucher (no deductions) * Transportation Voucher or Fuel Allowance (no deductions) * Breakfast and afternoon coffee served in fully equipped kitchens * Monthly Bonus * Unimed Health Insurance (monthly premium covered by the company) * Uniodonto Dental Insurance * Exclusive discounts on our brands’ products * Welcome Kit delivered at the beginning of our onboarding process * Opportunities for continuous development and internal growth * Culture focused on innovation and entrepreneurship **WORK SCHEDULE:** On-site, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour break.
