Our client, a carpentry company, is seeking a PCP to work in the Morretes neighborhood of Itapema/SC. YOUR DAILY RESPONSIBILITIES Plan, schedule, and control production to ensure efficiency, Meet deadlines and foster integration among sales, engineering, procurement, and production. Develop sector-based production schedules and issue production orders according to productive capacity. Analyze technical drawings and bills of materials; manage raw material and work-in-process inventories; identify bottlenecks; propose improvements during planning. Monitor production KPIs and collaborate with procurement and logistics teams. REQUIREMENTS Previous experience as a PCP, preferably in furniture manufacturing or industrial sectors, Knowledge of production processes and ability to read technical drawings. Proficiency in Excel. ERP experience is a plus. Driver's license.
