Among your primary responsibilities, you will: Analyze recruitment and selection requirements, supporting managers in hiring needs by conducting internal or external selection processes per corporate procedure to meet operational, internal customer, and external customer needs; Analyze local and corporate benefits requirements, procuring, administering, and ensuring supplier payments per local collective bargaining agreements to comply with corporate procedures; Analyze payroll requirements, accessing the payroll system to perform data entry, verification, adjustments, and/or requesting such actions from the corporate payroll team, to ensure compliance with corporate procedures, labor legislation, and accurate salary payments to employees; Analyze time and attendance requirements, accessing the electronic timekeeping system to perform necessary maintenance and adjustments and conduct verifications, to ensure accurate salary and related payments. Analyze training and development requirements, identifying needs, delivering behavioral and technical HR training, preparing budgets for external training, ensuring training delivery per corporate and local schedules, accessing and maintaining the training management system, to support employee professional development and ensure compliance with corporate procedures; Analyze corporate social responsibility requirements, leading local and corporate social campaigns, holding engagement meetings with leadership, to support company strategy.**About DHL**
