Supporting various tax-related activities and internal organization An enterprise management consulting firm is seeking a Tax Assistant in Bombinhas (North Zone). MovRH is a company specialized in human resources solutions, offering recruitment, selection, and talent management services. **Responsibilities:** Respond to and process customer requests. Import purchase and sales invoices via the website. Perform invoice verification and reconciliation. Assist in generating relevant tax forms (ISS, DAS). Support preparation of ISSQN declarations (services received and provided). Assist in digital bookkeeping according to established deadlines. Support physical document imports and analyses. Verify documents sent via DROPBOX. Identify federal debts, active debt, and municipal and state debts, as well as perform installment simulation calculations. Support tax analysts based on task priorities. Address tax department requirements as needed. Maintain workplace organization and internal routines. Previous experience as an Accounting Assistant, Tax Assistant, Compliance Assistant, or Audit Assistant may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities in this position.
