Prompt response to internal service requests **Job Description:** Responsible for assisting with building maintenance activities to ensure proper facility operation, safety, and comfort for staff, patients, and visitors. The professional will support both corrective and preventive maintenance tasks. **Main Responsibilities:** * Perform minor infrastructure repairs (painting, plumbing, basic electrical work, and masonry). * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment and building structures. * Conduct routine inspections across hospital departments and report irregularities. * Support workshop organization and inventory control of materials, tools, and supplies. * Respond promptly and courteously to internal service requests. * Assist the technical team with specific or emergency tasks. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in building maintenance or related fields. * Basic knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, painting, and minor repairs. * Familiarity with occupational safety practices. * Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate well. * Availability to work in a hospital environment. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Technical certifications in relevant fields (electrical, plumbing, building maintenance). * Prior experience in healthcare settings. **Work Location:** Santo Antonio Hospital in Itapema. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 13:00 to 18:00 Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$3.000,00 - R$3.600,00 per month
