**Opportunity:** **GS Commercial Consulting** is conducting a selection process for the position of **Metalworker**, to be performed at a company specializing in leasing and maintenance of shipping containers. We seek a committed, organized professional with experience in metal maintenance and repairs, contributing to service quality and efficiency delivered to customers. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general maintenance on shipping containers and other company products; * Carry out **welding, painting, repair, and assembly** of metal structures; * Perform **replacement of locks, parts, and components**, as needed; * Respond directly to maintenance requests at customer sites; * Maintain **organization of the warehouse, tools, and work materials**; * Assist, when necessary, in **product deliveries and pickups**, including loading and unloading; * Complete operational routines and submit **video records of performed activities**. **Requirements:** * **1 to 2 years of experience** in metalworking or metal maintenance; * Knowledge of **welding, painting, and maintenance of metal structures**; * Completed elementary or high school education; * **Valid driver's license, categories AB**; * Occasional availability for **travel to nearby cities**; * Organized, punctual profile with ability to follow established routines; * Courteous customer service attitude and adaptability to change. **Benefits:** * **Salary:** BRL 2,208.48 (minimum wage for the category in Balneário Camboriú); * **Hazard pay allowance**; * **Additional compensation for combined duties**; * **Meal voucher and food allowance**; * **Life insurance**; * **Health support fund**; * **Annual salary adjustments according to CLT labor legislation**; * **Performance-based bonus**, per company policy.
