Job Summary: Responsible for restocking, replenishing, and organizing products in a specific department, ensuring product integrity and optimal presentation of the product mix to customers. Ensures organization and cleanliness of the department and equipment. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on FLV department gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving FLV department sales targets by stocking, replenishing, and organizing products on gondolas and islands; ensuring correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre-established standards, and store layout—thereby guaranteeing and enhancing product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the entire product mix (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through proper storage on gondolas and islands, in warehouses and cold chambers; organization; sanitation and cleaning of the department; verification of expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation principle; as well as adherence to procedures, hygiene, quality, safety, and pre-established standards; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Perform control and retrieval of expired products, as well as products with inadequate quality or appearance, and send them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain department, equipment, and utensil organization and cleanliness through daily sanitation procedures, and request equipment adjustments and maintenance when necessary; Assist with related activities as required; Requirements **Academic qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional information:** **Work location:** R.
