Job Summary: The SAP Functional Analyst will provide support, gather requirements, and lead process and system S/4HANA improvements, ensuring compliance and functional documentation. Participation in rollout and upgrade projects Our client is a Brazilian company operating as a tire solutions ecosystem, combining technology, logistics, and innovation to transform the mobility experience in Brazil and abroad, and is seeking an SAP Functional Analyst in Itajaí/SC. Requirements: **Responsibilities and duties:** * Provide functional support to users of SAP modules (N2/N3 level), analyzing and resolving incidents and operational queries; * Gather requirements from business areas, understanding processes and needs; * Propose and lead process improvements and system enhancements in SAP S/4HANA; * Develop functional specifications for ABAP development and integrations; * Collaborate with technical teams to monitor developments, testing, and corrections; * Conduct functional tests (unit, integrated) and support users during user acceptance testing; * Configure and customize the system (customizing) according to approved requests; * Support rollout, upgrade, continuous improvement, and new S/4HANA functionality implementation projects; * Ensure processes comply with internal policies, controls, and governance best practices; * Develop and maintain functional and process documentation (workflows, manuals, procedures); * Support user training and capacity building when required. **Requirements and qualifications:** * Experience as an SAP Functional Analyst in an S/4HANA environment; * Solid knowledge of one or more modules: MM, SD, FI, EWM; * Experience in requirements gathering, functional specification, and testing; * Experience in continuous improvement projects and post-go-live support; * Familiarity with integrations between SAP modules and external systems. Working hours: Monday to Friday, hybrid model, schedule to be defined.
