Here, every detail matters—and you can be part of this story! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Create, verify, and approve documents such as NC, OC, and NF; * Assist in collecting physical and digital signatures from the executive board; * Manage and monitor monthly payments; * Answer and route incoming calls; * Receive and provide support to visitors of the executive board; * Organize and send periodic documents (weekly); * Request and track expense reimbursements and financial reports via the Paytrack system; * Request and monitor purchases of mobile data packages for corporate travel; * Support scheduling and calendar management for the executive board; * Plan and organize birthday celebrations for members of the executive board; * Prepare coffee and snacks for the executive board **Requirements and Qualifications** * High level of discretion * IT knowledge (a plus) **Additional Information** * On-site Medical and Dental Assistance—supporting your health and well-being * Sports Association—for family-friendly leisure time; * Education Assistance—continuous learning never stops!
