With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and pastries by sorting and handling ingredients, processing food, keeping items organized, well-presented, and properly packaged according to established standards, adhering to production schedules and protocols, as well as providing customer service and sales—offering products, clarifying doubts—in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, guide them on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Contribute to producing various bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging them, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and established goals; Support efficient customer service by continuously restocking display counters and applying correct pricing in line with pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices, performing daily checks, and removing damaged, expired, or unlabelled products; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counting for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by performing daily hygiene procedures, and request equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related activities as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health card **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Dr. Nereu Ramos, 1007 Coloninha, Gaspar \- SC **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Plan Shopping Benefits at Group Stores Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
