Job Summary: Responsible for replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands, ensuring product integrity and quality within the merchandise mix offered to customers. With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for replenishing, restocking, and organizing products in the Refrigerated Department's shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; adhering to procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and delivering product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product range (variety) available to customers. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to achieving the department's sales targets by replenishing, restocking, and organizing products on shelves and islands; applying correct pricing; following procedures, hygiene and safety standards, pre\-established standards, and store layout—ensuring and delivering product integrity, quality, physical appearance, and optimal presentation of the full product range (variety) available to customers; Contribute to product quality and loss reduction through appropriate storage on shelves and islands, in warehouses, refrigerated chambers, and frozen chambers; maintaining organization, sanitation, and cleanliness of the department; verifying expiration dates according to the FIFO (First Expired, First Out) rotation system; and complying with procedures, hygiene, quality, safety standards, and pre\-established standards; Monitor and maintain standard temperature in the frozen chamber, following established rules and standards, performing daily monitoring and recordkeeping; Monitor and organize products with approaching expiration dates (Short-Dated Products), displaying them in designated promotional areas; Control and collect expired products and items with inadequate quality or appearance, sending them to the warehouse for disposal or possible supplier returns; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils by performing daily sanitation procedures, and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Assist in related activities as required; Requirements **Academic Qualification:** High school diploma preferred Valid health certificate **Additional Information:** **Work Location:** R.
