With multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in preparing breads, savory snacks, and doughs by selecting and handling ingredients, processing food items, keeping them organized and attractively presented, and packaging them according to established standards, while adhering to production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell to customers by offering products, clarifying inquiries, and complying with rules, good practices manuals, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized counter service to customers; when necessary, advise on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Support the production of diverse bakery-related products by baking, frying, cutting, preparing, and packaging them, following production schedules and protocols, rules, good practices manuals, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; Enhance customer service efficiency by continuously restocking product display counters and applying correct pricing per pre-established rules and standards; Boost sector sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and strong customer relationships; Help reduce losses by organizing displays correctly according to FIFO (First Expired, First Out) and producing forecasted quantities per schedule, production protocols, and recipes; Monitor product appearance, expiration dates, and displayed prices through daily checks, and remove products with damaged packaging, expired items, or missing identification; Assist in receiving and transporting products, and prepare and store them in appropriate locations; Support inventory counts for stock assessments, controls, and audits; Maintain sector organization and cleanliness, as well as equipment and utensils, by performing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment adjustments or maintenance as needed; Process customer payments at the bakery checkout when required; Support integration and orientation of new employees whenever necessary; Assist in related tasks as needed; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% in-person position **Work location:** Rua Dr. Nereu Ramos, 1007 Coloninha, Gaspar \- SC **Working hours:** 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM to 9:30 PM **Benefits:** Health insurance Dental insurance Pharmacy benefits Shopping benefits at group stores Life insurance Attendance bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
