We thrive on challenges and seek individuals ready to build careers and achieve results alongside us! **Responsibilities and Duties** Conduct comprehensive identification and analysis of production costs, raw materials, and industrial processes; Develop and monitor performance indicators related to operational costs; Prepare budgets and financial projections for new products and projects; Implement controls to monitor cost variances and identify opportunities for expense reduction; Support product pricing based on cost analyses and profit margins; Collaborate closely with Production, Procurement, and Finance departments to align cost control strategies; **Requirements and Qualifications** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Accounting Sciences, Textile Engineering, or related fields; Prior experience in cost analysis, preferably within the textile or industrial sector; Advanced Excel skills and data analysis proficiency; Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Good communication skills and teamwork orientation; Knowledge of garment manufacturing processes, fabrics, or fashion; Familiarity with the SISPLAN system.
