Job Summary: Handle Recruitment & Selection processes and routine HR and Internal Marketing activities, ensuring agility and quality in talent attraction and team building. Key Highlights: 1. Talent attraction and team building 2. Support in Recruitment & Selection, HR, and Internal Marketing 3. Continuous process improvement Execute Recruitment \& Selection processes, ensuring agility, quality, and alignment in attracting talent, contributing to building teams consistent with Dahuer’s organizational culture and technical requirements. Also perform general HR and Internal Marketing routine activities. **Responsibilities:** Assist in posting job openings across various recruitment channels; Screen resumes according to job requirements; Schedule interviews and provide candidates with updates on the status of their selection processes; Assist in managing Recruitment \& Selection data and spreadsheets, as well as evaluating candidate experience; Support planning and execution of internal Internal Marketing campaigns; Support organizing corporate events and employee engagement initiatives; Support the Experience Evaluation process, including forms, scheduling, and delivery to employees; Provide support for administrative HR tasks, as needed; Contribute to continuous improvement of Recruitment \& Selection, HR, and Internal Marketing processes. **Requirements:** Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Experience in Recruitment \& Selection (preferred); Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Basic knowledge of recruitment and selection techniques; Strong verbal and written communication skills; Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
