Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily operations in the FLV department, aiming to maximize operational efficiency and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Manage and develop the team, providing feedback and training. 2. Ensure order management, inventory control, and supply of FLV merchandise. 3. Promote a positive customer experience and sales targets in the FLV department. About Us GTOP comprises the brands Rede TOP, ObenCard, and Preceiro Atacadista. With multifamily management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for supervising, organizing, controlling, and monitoring daily routines in the FLV department, guiding and clarifying team members’ questions, preparing and managing work schedules, overtime, and time off, defining timelines and standardizing procedures — all aimed at maximizing operational efficiency, product and service quality, while complying with rules, best practices manuals, hygiene and safety standards, established procedures, and performance goals; additionally, performing customer service and sales. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure a positive shopping experience for customers by addressing their needs, surprising them, and advising on the variety of products offered, as well as making sales suggestions; Ensure, promote, and enhance sales targets through strategic planning of product mix, defining timelines and displaying the most attractive and distinctive products, while maintaining cordial customer relationships; Ensure reduction of FLV losses and spoilage by guiding, monitoring, and controlling the team and daily activities, suggesting and implementing recovery actions where possible, and defining and standardizing operational procedures; Ensure procurement management for FLV department merchandise, analyzing and managing inventory levels and their sales history, seasonality, and specific promotions, scheduling orders with appropriate lead time to guarantee supply and replenishment without stockouts, losses, or disruptions; Ensure the FLV counter is always fully stocked, correctly priced, organized, and clean, guiding, monitoring, and overseeing daily routines; Ensure proper receipt of merchandise and organize, guide, and/or store items in refrigerated chambers, following hygiene, safety, and pre\-established standards; Keep the team informed and updated about new products; Guarantee people management regarding time-off schedules, hour banks, vacations, and other work-hour-related matters, by reviewing managerial reports provided by the HR department and advising team members accordingly; Promote professional development and team motivation through continuous feedback and guidance, performance monitoring, and skill enhancement via technical and behavioral training; Participate in periodic departmental inventories and ensure data accuracy; Maintain department organization and cleanliness, including equipment and utensils, by enforcing daily sanitation procedures and requesting equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Requirements Maintain team unity and engagement despite daily differences and challenges Maintain an attractive, eye-catching counter with optimal product exposure Manage, prevent, and control losses and stockouts by understanding the store’s context, timing, seasonality, and location. **Additional Information:** Experience (in the field) **Preferred Academic Qualification:** Completed or currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree **Minimum Academic Qualification:** Completed high school **Specific Knowledge:** Experience in counter setup, food handling, sales analysis, margin assessment, loss control, and production management **Computer Skills:** Microsoft Office – intermediate level **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefits Shopping Benefits (in-group stores) Life Insurance Attendance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
