Digital Recruitment Consulting is seeking a Marketing Assistant in Blumenau. RH Genial is a company specialized in human resources solutions. We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Planning and execution of digital marketing initiatives. Social media management (planning, content creation, captions, and posting). Creation of visual assets for online and offline campaigns (posts, banners, institutional materials, and outdoor advertisements). Support in developing marketing and branding strategies. Participation in the creation of promotional and institutional campaigns. Production of visual content aligned with the company's identity. Basic monitoring of performance and engagement metrics. Support for general communication and marketing tasks. Previous experience as Marketing Assistant, Junior Marketing Analyst, Marketing Coordinator, or Marketing Intern may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
