Job Summary: Assist in activities including separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, and restocking of meats; serve and sell products to customers while adhering to hygiene and safety standards. Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following production schedules and protocols; additionally, serve and sell products to customers, offering items and clarifying inquiries in accordance with rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and set targets. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Contribute to store sales through strategic product display and provide personalized customer service at the counter; when necessary, advise customers on product types and derivatives; prepare, package, weigh, and deliver products to customers; Assist in separation, cutting, weighing, packaging, labeling, and restocking of various types of meats, keeping them organized, visually appealing, and properly stored according to established standards, following schedules, protocols, rules, good practices manual, hygiene and safety regulations, standards, and targets; also properly store leftovers, fat, and tallow in the designated collector box for sale to bone-processing factories; Support efficient customer service by continuously replenishing display counters and ensuring accurate pricing, following pre-established rules and standards; Reduce shrinkage and discrepancies by closely monitoring inventory through frequent stock counts and proper handling and storage of meat; Boost departmental sales through attractive and distinctive product displays and effective customer relationship management; Assist in receiving, transporting, and organizing products, preparing and storing them in cold and refrigerated chambers; maintain cleanliness and optimal operational conditions of the area, following hygiene, safety, and pre-established standards; Support physical inventory counts, controls, and audits; Monitor product appearance and expiration dates daily; remove damaged, expired, or unmarked products from display; Assist in preparing seasonings and roasting meats and other items as needed; Maintain organization and cleanliness of the department, equipment, and utensils through daily sanitation procedures; request equipment calibration and maintenance when necessary; Assist in related tasks as required; Requirements **Minimum academic qualification:** Completed elementary education Valid health certificate **Additional information:** 100% on-site position **Work location:** Margem Esquerda \- Gaspar **Working hours:** 13:00 to 21:20, with a 1-hour break. **Benefits:** Health Insurance Dental Insurance Pharmacy Benefit Program Shopping Discount Program (affiliated stores) Life Insurance Attendance Bonus Performance Bonus * Position available for persons with disabilities (PCD)
