This person will be directly responsible for supporting recruitment, selection, hiring, and termination routines, as well as monitoring the employee experience cycle. We seek a hands-on professional focused on efficient process execution. **Responsibilities** - Conduct recruitment, selection, and hiring processes - Support onboarding of new employees - Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback at probationary contract milestones - Manage termination processes and conduct exit interviews - Support performance evaluation meetings - Ensure practical and efficient execution of HR processes **Requirements** - Proven experience in generalist HR routines - Practical experience in recruitment, selection, and performance management - Strong communication skills and ability to conduct interviews and deliver feedback - Hands-on profile, oriented toward process execution - Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, or related fields **Preferred Qualifications** - Experience in mid-sized companies or dynamic environments - Knowledge of HR management tools **Location** Preference for candidates from the Balneário Camboriú region Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2.438,35 – R$4.461,16 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
