




Job Summary: Lead teams, manage laboratory units, serve as Technical Responsible, ensure excellence in patient care, and manage administrative and biological processes. Key Highlights: 1. Administrative process management and excellence in patient care Lead the work team, delegate tasks, and provide training; Manage 4 laboratory units in the Brusque/SC region; Serve as Technical Responsible for your unit; Achieve established targets for the unit; Provide excellent patient care; **Be responsible for administrative processes, authorize agreements, verify cash registers, control inventory, and issue material requisitions for your unit** **Collect and receive biological samples from patients, verify patient identification, centrifuge, aliquot, and distribute to technical departments;** Verify and release test reports; Send materials for support, perform triage, and assemble Bags; Participate in training sessions; Ensure compliance with legislation, guidelines, and standards related to laboratory tests. Working Hours: 06:30–11:48 and 13:30–17:00, Monday to Friday
