Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for ensuring the receipt, storage, control, packaging, and dispatch of goods, guaranteeing organizational and logistical efficiency. An environment that values proactivity and teamwork. **Role/Activity Description:** · **Receiving goods**: Verify invoices, quantities, and quality of received products. · **Proper storage**: Organize items on shelves, pallets, or designated areas, respecting expiration dates and categories. · **Inventory control**: Record entries and exits in systems, conduct inventories, and maintain updated reports. · **Organization and labeling**: Identify products with codes, labels, or batches to facilitate location. · **Inspection**: Monitor preservation conditions. · **Periodic inventories**: Perform physical counts to prevent discrepancies. · **Packaging**: Prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials (plastics, tapes, pallets) to ensure transportation safety. · **Dispatch**: Pick orders, verify transport documents, organize loads, and release goods for delivery. **Prerequisites:** · Completed high school education; · Relevant work experience. **Desirable Qualities:** Communicative, empathetic, organized, collaborative, patient, and resilient.
