Identification of patterns and suggestions for improvement **Job Objective:** Ensure agile, organized, and humanized customer service while providing administrative support for post-sales requests, contributing to a positive experience and strengthening brand trust. **Responsibilities:** Provide customer service through the company’s channels: * WhatsApp * Email * Social media (Instagram / Facebook) * Reclame Aqui * Marketplaces (e.g., Shopee) Support customers regarding: * Product information * Delivery status and timelines * Exchanges, returns, and warranties * Payments, orders, and refunds * Register, track, and organize requests and tickets, ensuring timely responses within defined deadlines. * Resolve complaints professionally, empathetically, and with a solution-oriented approach. * Support administrative control of customer service (spreadsheets, records, simple reports). * Route requests to responsible departments (logistics, finance, production, marketing), monitoring resolution progress. * Maintain brand language standards, values, and positioning across all interactions. * Identify complaint patterns and suggest improvements to processes and customer communication. **Requirements:** * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility. * Proficiency in using WhatsApp, email, social media, and basic systems. * Ability to handle dissatisfied customers and conflict situations with emotional balance. * Aptitude for following procedures and recording information accurately. * Prior experience in customer service is a plus. * Alignment with the company’s values and purpose.
