Requirements: For this position, we seek professionals with the following qualifications: * Proven experience of 1–5 years in customer support or related roles; * Excellent verbal and written communication skills; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment; * Proactiveness and creative problem-solving ability; * Familiarity with customer service and support tools; * Knowledge of technology environments and systems. **Preferred Qualifications:** Fundamental understanding of how e\-commerce operations function Practical understanding of daily online store operational stages, including: Product listing: creation and updating of information, descriptions, images, categories, inventory, and attributes. Payments: knowledge of payment methods (credit card, PIX, bank slip), anti-fraud measures, transaction reconciliation, and transaction status. Shipping and logistics: shipping cost calculation, carrier integration, delivery rules, timelines, and order tracking. Orders: end-to-end workflow from purchase through after\-sales, including order picking, invoicing, dispatch, exchanges, and returns.
