Developing communication skills, organizational abilities, and an analytical mindset We are looking for an SDR with at least **1 year of experience** to perform active prospecting of new customers, lead qualification, and meeting scheduling for the sales team. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct active prospecting (phone calls, WhatsApp, e\-mail). * Qualify leads and understand customer needs. * Schedule meetings for the sales team. * Update CRM and record interactions. * Monitor weekly KPIs and targets. **Requirements:** * Minimum of 1 year of experience as an SDR. * Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. * Ability to work effectively under sales targets and in a commercial routine. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience with CRM systems. * Knowledge of Cold Call and Cold Mail techniques.
