Employee assistance and benefits administration **Position:** HR Analyst **Location:** Blumenau – SC **Work Mode:** On-site About the Opportunity We are looking for an HR Analyst to work in a generalist capacity, supporting Personnel Department and Human Resources routines, contributing to process organization and ensuring high-quality employee service. ️ Key Responsibilities Support and execute payroll processes (review, data entry, and validation); Monitor electronic timekeeping; Manage onboarding, offboarding, and vacation procedures; Assist employees by clarifying labor-related questions and internal procedures; Serve as liaison with accounting or third-party payroll providers; Administer benefits (transportation allowance, meal vouchers, health insurance, etc.); Conduct interviews and selection processes; Support internal communication initiatives and campaigns (commemorative dates, internal marketing, etc.). ✅ Requirements Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; Prior experience in generalist HR routines; Organized, proactive profile with strong communication skills; Aptitude for interpersonal interaction and managing multiple tasks.
