Job Summary: The Construttore Empreendimentos is seeking a Purchaser focused on construction projects, responsible for procuring materials and contracting services, in a strategic and autonomous role. Construttore Empreendimentos is looking for a **Purchaser** focused on construction projects, responsible for fully managing the procurement of materials and contracting of services. This is a strategic role. The professional will be the sole person accountable for this department, with full technical autonomy and responsibility for cost, delivery timelines, and supplier performance. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** * Direct involvement in procurement of materials and contracting of services for construction projects. * Conducting quotations, technical evaluation, and negotiations with suppliers. * Issuing and tracking purchase orders according to the project’s physical schedule. * Monitoring delivery deadlines, contracts, and measurements. * Tracking and analyzing departmental KPIs (e.g., cost savings, average delivery time, supplier performance). * Maintaining organized documentation and ensuring traceability of procurement processes. * Regular interaction with Engineering and Production teams to align requirements. **What we expect from you:** * Experience in procurement for civil construction, particularly focused on construction projects. * Degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Organized, analytical profile with financial accountability. * Strong and technically sound negotiation skills. * Proficiency in working with metrics and controls. * Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor. * Autonomy and strong sense of prioritization. **What we offer:** * **Birthday Day Off** * **Special Birthday Gift via CAJU (+R$100)** * **CAJU Meal Benefit – R$450.00** * **Access to the Construttore Hub**, our development platform in partnership with SENAI * **Commemorative gifts on special occasions** * Collaborative culture and an environment that values people and high-quality delivery Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Contract Compensation: R$6,000.00 – R$8,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal Allowance * Transportation Allowance Work Location: On-site
